DETAIL BY HUGO LLC is not liable or will not be held responsible for any near broken or about to fail components or parts of your vehicle. Due to normal "wear and tear" and/or age of the car - any cosmetic or mechanical issues need to be addressed before the start of the detail appointment. Extra care will be taken during the cleaning process in those areas. If we find defective materials or loose-fitting parts, we may not be able to clean those areas properly. (Some examples are: paint chipping, oxidized clear coat on paint or rims, cracking leather, worn weather strip/ rubber trim, etc.)

Please ensure your car battery is in proper working condition beforehand. Leaving car doors open during the cleaning process is necessary to complete the detail job and can drain a battery if it is in a weak state.

DETAIL BY HUGO LLC is not liable or responsible to fix the existing malfunction or breakage of any of the vehicle’s mechanical/ electrical/ electronic components or parts that occur during the detail appointment or after. We can refer clients to qualified auto body shops.
